Join us for some family fun as we celebrate the fall season with our Westlake community!
Saturday, September 30th | 2-5 PM
Instead of an All-School Picnic this year, we will be gathering at the school on Saturday, September 30th from 2-5 PM for Fall Festival. Student Council will be facilitating Carnival Games and concessions will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from Fall Festival benefit the Senior Class Mission Trip and Student Council.
Advance order ticket forms were sent home with your child in their Friday folder and you can download additional ticket forms here. Games and activities cost between 1-5 tickets. Concessions can be purchased with tickets or cash. Advance tickets are 5 for $1.00. Tickets at the door are 4 for $1.00.
Advance ticket sales have been extended to Friday, 9/29 at 9am.
Tickets can be purchased at the event with cash/check.
We are excited to partner with Kona Ice as a fundraiser from 2:30-4:30 PM. Kona Ice will be donating 25% of all sales to WCA.
Kona Ice will accept Cash, Credit/Debit, and Apple/Google Pay.
Parking
Fall Festival Parking is available in the Westlake Main Lot and St. Gilbert’s Chapel Lot ONLY.
Please drop off passengers at Westlake before parking at St. Gilbert’s Chapel Lot (on Rte. 120, east of the church).
