Westlake Christian Academy is seeking an ambitious, multi-tasking lead administrator for their school. Founded in 1972 and set in the quaint but growing historic section of Grayslake, Illinois, Westlake offers a full educational program from preschool through high school. Westlake Christian Academy boasts a diverse student population, representing over fifty-five different local churches and a wide array of ethnic and demographic differences. As an independent, evangelical, college-preparatory school, Westlake is committed to active discipleship and academic rigor.
Operating as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Westlake has an elected board of directors to help guide the health and maintenance of the ACSI Accredited institution. WCA is looking for a new administrator who can uphold and inspire the core values of Christian discipleship to both staff and students, while also maintaining the duties and competencies of a full time head of school. It is the intention of Westlake to hire an individual with the background and ability to create an effective marketing plan, increase student enrollment, fortify the financial state of the institution, advance professional development, reinforce academic standing, and maintain the current status of dual accreditation.
