Visit the Back-to-School page to review important dates and sign-ups, as well as information on school supplies and chromebooks.
FACTS Family Portal
Westlake uses FACTS Family Portal to manage student information. Through your account, you can view student grades and schedules, as well as manage payments and financial information. Please use the same login that you created during the online application process.

Parent & Student Handbook
All families should review our Student Handbook. This contains important information about Westlake’s principals, practices, and policies. The 2023–24 handbook will be available in July.

FACTS App
Westlake has an app that parents can use to access their FACTS Family account. The app also provides quick access to other information. Look for “WCA Eagles” or “Westlake Christian Academy” in your app store.

Uniform Dress Code
Westlake students (K-12th Grade) must wear uniforms that adhere to our uniform policy. Fridays are “Dollar Dress Down” days. This is a fundraiser for the Senior Class Mission Trip. If you donate $1, then your child may dress down for that Friday. Parents may choose to pay online for every Friday at the beginning of the school year.
Preschool and Pre-K students should wear play clothes every day.
School Times/Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Please review our detailed instructions for drop-off times and procedures. You can also view maps of the parking lot, which include diagrams of our drop-off and pick-up lines. Staff members will be available to direct you on the first day of school.
Please note: the first day of Elementary (1st–6th) on August 21st, is a half day for all students. There is no after care on this day. All students must be picked up at 11:30am. All parents must use the elementary pick-up line on Slusser Street for the first day. Please refer to our maps for further details.

Medical and Dental Requirements
All new students, as well as students in certain grades, must submit medical records by August 1. Please review the requirements for each grade level. Sports physicals will be required prior to starting practice.

Late Start Fridays – 9 AM
Every Friday is a late start day, which allows our teachers to have time for professional collaboration. The entire school benefits from the work that teachers accomplish during their Friday morning groups.
Please review the changes to drop-off/pick-up times, as well as information about registering your child for free supervision if you need to drop off before 8:40 am on Fridays. Please note that half-day students should be picked up at 12pm on Fridays, but full-day students will still be dismissed at 3:10/3:15pm.

Extended Care
Westlake offers extended care for preschool through 6th grade. Options include before care and after care. Drop-in care is also available, but your family must register in advance as a drop-in customer. Please use our online form to view pricing and register for extended care. Registration should be completed by July 31. Questions about billing can be directed toward Mrs. Claudette Gearhart.
