Athletic Program
Westlake offers a full program of interscholastic sports for boys and girls, beginning in upper elementary grades and continuing through senior high school. Homeschool students are welcome to join WCA sports teams. Homeschool students may participate in our athletics program and must follow the same admissions policy as full-time students. You may initiate the application process online or contact us.

Sports Physicals
Please note that all students participating in sports must have a current physical on file with the Athletic Office in order to participate in a sport — that means practice too! You may download the appropriate form below. (ALL students entering 6th and 9th grades need a complete physical exam before the first day of school. For those grades, the complete physical exam will also fulfill their sports physical requirement.)

Athletic Fees
Fees help to cover some of the costs associated with running our athletics program. Athletic Fees are subject to change annually. The fees are posted on the Tuition page under “Activity and Program Fees”.
