The deadline to opt out without making a non-refundable down payment for the new school year is March 31. For those opting out after the deadline, please allow 4-6 business days to stop any payments originally scheduled in June or after. Please contact the business office with any payment-related questions. If you are only un-enrolling a part of your family while choosing to keep others enrolled, you will need to fill out this Opt-Out Form but your other child(ren) will remain enrolled until you notify us otherwise.
